HUNNIC TRIBES, Nezak Huns. Circa 6th-7th centuries. AE (Bronze, 21 mm, 2.15 g, 3 h), later style, western Turk period. Bust with elongated skull to right, wearing diadem and winged crown with bull's head, earrings and pearl necklace with two ribbons; below, winged ornament. Rev. Helmeted and draped figure standing front, head to right, holding scepter or spear in his left hand; to left and right, traces of legend. Göbl 269. Vondrovec, Type 269. Of the highest rarity, apparently the third known example. Patina stripped, otherwise, about very fine.
